You send the event type, date, venue, guest numbers, and brand files.
Layout And Render
We plan the flow and prepare a 3D render for approval.
Fabrication
Your structures are built and dry-assembled in one of our workshops, as described in how fabrication works.
Installation

Dismantling
After the event we dismantle and pack the structures, and advise on reuse.
Plan for at least two to three weeks between design approval and the event, and earlier for larger or more complex builds.
Recurring Events And Reusable Stands
Many organisations run the same event every year or move it between cities. Reusable systems can lower the cost per event: modular exhibition booths are reconfigured for different spaces, and recycled aluminium frames give a lightweight structure that travels well. We can build the recurring parts of your event, such as registration and sponsor booths, as reusable pieces and make the one-off parts, such as a launch backdrop, custom.
