Exhibition Stall Fabrication in Pakistan
Once a design is approved, our Karachi workshop turns it into a physical stall — carpentry, metalwork, printing, lighting and finishing — then delivers and installs it wherever your exhibition is being held.
What Is Exhibition Stall Fabrication?
Exhibition stall fabrication is the process of converting an approved exhibition booth design into a physical structure — using carpentry, metalwork, panels, graphics, lighting and display components — then delivering and installing it at the exhibition venue.
It sits between design and the show floor. The floor plan and 3D render decide what the stall should look like; fabrication is where that plan is actually built, panel by panel, in a workshop, before being transported and assembled on-site. For a company whose name is literally built around this step, it's the part of the process we invest in most: our own carpentry and metalwork production, rather than outsourcing the build to a third party.
In-House Fabrication Capabilities
Every stall we fabricate — whether an 18 sqm perfume booth or a two-storey corporate stand — passes through the same in-house capabilities, so design, quality and finishing stay consistent from the first cut to the final coat of paint.
Carpentry
Structural framing, panelling, counters and display units built to the approved drawing.
Metalwork
Structural frames, trussing and fixings for larger spans, curved fascias and multi-storey stalls.
Materials
Wood-based structures, laminates, metal framework and flooring selected to match your design and budget.
Finishes
Paint, laminate, veneer and textured finishes applied to match the render's intended look.
Printing
Large-format and digital graphics for backdrops, signage and product-display panels.
Lighting
Integrated LED and display lighting worked into shelving, fascias and feature walls.
Quality Control
A dry-build and inspection stage in the workshop before anything is transported to site.
Project Coordination
One team follows the stall from workshop to show floor, so nothing is lost between vendors.
Custom Fabrication vs Modular Fabrication
Not every exhibitor needs the same kind of build. The right choice usually comes down to how often you exhibit and how specific your design needs to be.
Custom Fabrication
- Built from scratch for one design and one brand
- No constraints from a pre-engineered frame system
- Suited to flagship stands and one-off exhibitions
- Longer lead time; typically higher investment
Modular Fabrication
- Built on a reusable, pre-engineered frame system
- Faster to fabricate and simpler to re-configure
- Suited to brands exhibiting several times a year
- Lower cost per use across repeat exhibitions
Our Fabrication Process
Approved Design Handover
Fabrication begins once the floor plan and 3D render are signed off, with exact dimensions confirmed for the venue.
Material Preparation
Wood, metal, laminates and graphics are prepared and cut to the drawing's specification.
Workshop Build & Dry Assembly
The stall is built and dry-assembled at our Karachi workshop so any issues are caught before site delivery.
Finishing, Lighting & Graphics
Paint, laminate finishes, lighting and printed or digital graphics are fitted and checked.
Transport, Installation & Dismantling
Components are transported to the venue, installed on-site and dismantled once the show ends.
How Long Does Fabrication Take?
Most custom exhibition stalls take between two and five weeks from design approval to installation, depending on size, materials and how much lighting or digital integration is involved. Modular stalls are generally quicker to fabricate, since the frame system is already engineered and tested — often leaving more time for graphics and branding rather than structural build. Booking four to six weeks ahead of your event date gives enough room for fabrication, quality checks, transport and installation without rushing the final week.
What Affects Exhibition Stall Fabrication Cost?
Fabrication cost is rarely one number — it moves with a handful of specific factors:
- Booth size and footprint — a 10×10 ft stall and a double-deck stand use very different quantities of material and labour.
- Custom vs modular build — custom structures generally cost more than a reusable modular system.
- Materials and finishes — laminate, veneer, painted MDF and metal-clad surfaces all sit at different price points.
- Lighting and digital elements — integrated LED, illuminated shelving and screens add to both material and labour cost.
- Printing and graphics — the amount of large-format or digital branding across the stall.
- City and venue — transport distance and venue access requirements affect delivery and installation cost.

Transport & Installation
Fabrication doesn't end at the workshop door. Once a stall passes quality control, our team packs and transports it to the venue, handles on-site installation and electrical coordination, supervises through the exhibition, and dismantles it once the show closes. Because the same team fabricates and installs the stall, there's no handoff between separate contractors — and no surprises on-site about how a panel was built. Full details of this stage are covered on our exhibition stall installation page.

Fabrication FAQs
How much does exhibition stall fabrication cost in Pakistan?
A small 10×10 ft booth typically starts from around PKR 94,499, rising with size, materials, branding and finishing. Larger custom and double-deck stalls can run into the hundreds of thousands. See our cost guide for a full breakdown by size and type.
How long does exhibition stall fabrication take?
Most custom stalls take two to five weeks from design approval to installation. Modular stalls are generally quicker because the frame system is already engineered.
Can you fabricate a design created by another company?
Yes. If you have an approved design or working drawing from another designer, our workshop can fabricate and install it, provided the technical details and dimensions are complete.
What materials do you fabricate exhibition stalls with?
Depending on the design, stalls are built using wood-based structures, metal framework, printed and digital graphics, illuminated display fittings and flooring systems, finished to match the approved 3D render.
Do you also handle installation and dismantling?
Yes. Fabrication, transport, on-site installation and post-show dismantling are handled by the same in-house team.
Can you build modular exhibition stalls as well as custom ones?
Yes. We fabricate both fully custom stalls built for one design, and modular, reusable stall systems for brands exhibiting at multiple events.
Do you fabricate exhibition stalls outside Karachi?
Stalls are fabricated at our Karachi workshop and delivered for installation in Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Sialkot, Peshawar, Quetta and other cities across Pakistan.
How early should I book exhibition stall fabrication?
For a custom stall, it's best to confirm your design at least four to six weeks before the event, leaving enough time for fabrication, quality checks, transport and installation.
