3D Exhibition Booth Design in Pakistan
Before a single panel is fabricated, your stall exists as a photorealistic 3D render — so you can judge materials, lighting and branding on-screen instead of guessing from a floor plan.
What Is 3D Exhibition Booth Design?
3D exhibition booth design converts an approved floor plan into a photorealistic render or walkthrough, showing exactly how materials, lighting, colour and branding will look before anything is fabricated.
A 2D floor plan tells you where things go. A 3D render tells you what it will actually feel like to stand in front of your booth. It's the point in the project where abstract decisions — "gold accents", "backlit shelving", "a curved fascia" — become something you can look at and approve, or ask us to change.
What You Get

A guided view through the stand for larger or more complex builds.
Floor Plan → 3D
Your approved floor plan converted into a full three-dimensional design.
Material Visualization
Laminate, wood, metal and fabric finishes shown as they'll actually appear.
Lighting Visualization
Feature, shelf and ambient lighting previewed before installation.
Revision & Approval Process
Initial Concept
Your approved floor plan is developed into a first-pass 3D concept.
First Render
A full photorealistic render is produced for your review.
Revisions
Layout, material or branding changes are applied and re-rendered.
Final Sign-Off
Once approved, the render becomes the working reference for fabrication.
Render vs Actual Booth
A render is only useful if the finished stall actually looks like it. Because our design and fabrication teams work under the same roof, the render is built using the real materials, dimensions and lighting fixtures our workshop will use — not a generic stock finish swapped out later. That's the practical benefit of keeping design and fabrication in-house: what you approve on screen is what gets built.
Timeline
An initial render is typically ready within a few days of a confirmed floor plan. Most projects go through two to three rounds of revisions before final sign-off, so it's worth allowing one to two weeks in total for the 3D design stage within your overall project timeline.
What Affects 3D Design Cost?
- Booth size and complexity — larger, multi-zone stands take longer to model and render.
- Number of viewing angles — more render angles or a full walkthrough add production time.
- Revision rounds — extra rounds of changes add to the design timeline.
3D design is typically quoted alongside stall design and fabrication as part of one project. See our cost guide for indicative pricing.

3D Design FAQs
What is 3D exhibition booth design?
3D exhibition booth design is the process of turning a floor plan into a photorealistic render or walkthrough, so materials, lighting, branding and layout can be reviewed and approved visually before fabrication begins.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Most projects go through two to three rounds of revisions before final sign-off, covering layout adjustments, material changes and branding placement.
Will the finished stall look exactly like the render?
The render is built from the same materials, dimensions and finishes our workshop will use, so the fabricated stall closely matches what you approve. Because design and fabrication sit under one roof, there is no separate contractor reinterpreting the render.
Can you create a 3D render from a design I already have?
Yes, if you already have a floor plan or concept sketch, we can develop it into a full photorealistic render as a standalone service.
How long does a 3D render take?
An initial render is typically ready within a few days of a confirmed floor plan, with revision rounds adding further time depending on how many changes are requested.
