How To Choose An Exhibition Stall Fabricator In Pakistan
A practical checklist for comparing fabricators — what to verify, how to read quotes, which questions to ask and the warning signs to avoid.

When comparing exhibition stall fabricators in Pakistan, look for an actual workshop you can visit, a verifiable portfolio, itemised quotes, a clear installation scope and a realistic timeline. Price matters, but a quote that is much lower than the rest usually leaves something out.
- Own workshop. Ask where your stall will be built and whether you can visit. A fabricator with its own workshop controls quality and schedule better than one subcontracting every part of the build.
- Portfolio you can verify. Look for photographs of finished stalls and, if possible, before-and-after examples. See our portfolio and case studies for the kind of detail to expect.
- Design capability. Check whether 2D layouts and 3D renders are included, and how many revisions are allowed.
- Installation and dismantling. Confirm the quote covers transport, on-site assembly, supervision during the show and dismantling.
- Itemised quote. Materials, graphics, lighting, transport and installation should be listed, so you can compare like with like.
- Realistic timeline. Be cautious of promises that ignore design approval time or the organiser's move-in window.
- Clear payment terms. Agree milestones, what is included and what counts as a variation before work begins.
- Company details. A registered business with a physical address and working phone number is easier to hold accountable.
Two quotes for the same booth can differ by a large amount because they are not pricing the same thing. Before choosing the cheapest, check that each quote states the same booth size, materials and finish, graphics scope, lighting, flooring and furniture, transport and installation, and dismantling. Ask which items are excluded.
For a reference point, a 10×10 ft booth typically starts from around PKR 94,499 with Expo Stalls Fabrication, rising with size, materials and finishing. See the cost guide for starting prices by booth size. Final pricing is always quoted against your drawing.
- No address, no workshop and no willingness to arrange a visit
- A portfolio made only of renders, with no photographs of built stands
- A price far below other quotes, with vague descriptions of what is included
- Unclear responsibility for installation, electrical coordination or dismantling
- Pressure to pay the full amount upfront without milestones
- Where will my stall be built, and can I see it before it ships?
- Who handles installation — your own crew or a subcontractor?
- What happens if the design needs changes after approval?
- What is the latest date you need final artwork and hall details?
- Is transport to the venue and dismantling included in the price?
We design, fabricate and install stalls with one team. Our workshops in Karachi and Lahore are located in the basements of our offices, and we also have an office in Islamabad. We have been building exhibition stands since 2012, and the business was registered in 2017. You can review our company details and contact page or ask us to arrange a workshop visit by appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose an exhibition stall fabricator in Pakistan?
Shortlist fabricators with their own workshop, a verifiable portfolio and a clear installation scope. Compare itemised quotes for the same booth specification rather than only the total price.
Should I visit the fabricator's workshop?
Yes, if possible. A visit shows whether work is built in-house, the quality of finishing and how organised the production is. We welcome workshop visits by appointment.
What should be included in a quote?
Design, materials, graphics, lighting, flooring, transport, installation, supervision and dismantling — or a clear statement of which of these are excluded.
Is the cheapest quote the best option?
Not necessarily. A much lower quote may leave out items or use lower-grade materials. Compare scope line by line before deciding.
When should I book a fabricator?
Ideally 4 to 6 weeks before the show for a standard stand and 8 weeks or more for a custom stall, earlier in peak exhibition months.
